Equipment must be returned upon contract termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We guarantee to provide competitive payment processing rates. We commit to reviewing your current processing costs and offering rates at or below your existing rates, or working with you to find solutions that reduce your overall costs.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by OCInfosys, LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCInfosys, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in California.
